Interestingly, as we transition into the New Year, unusual predictions emerge, indicating above-normal rainfall totals in the northeastern parts. This departure from the norm is not typically associated with El Nino seasons.

Given the current uncertainty surrounding the broader forecast area, it is strongly recommended to closely monitor forecast updates. Additionally, it's highly probable that above-normal maximum temperatures will prevail across nearly the entire region during the forecast period.
