The late autumn early winter season rainfall is expected to be mostly below normal over the entire region. Parts of the summer rainfall area may expect winter rain and above normal rainfall is expected over the winter rainfall region during early spring.
Also, enhanced likelihood of warmer than normal maximum temperatures over the entire region is expected during the forecast period.
