Invitation: International Map Year 2015/6 Celebration: Maps in research at UP

In celebration of the International Cartographic Association’s (ICA) International Map Year 2015/6 www.mapyear.org, the Centre for Geoinformation Science (CGIS) cordially invites you to a one-day mini-conference showcasing the role of maps in research conducted at the University of Pretoria. The mini-conference will also usher in a month-long map exhibition in the UP Main Campus Library.  

 
To register, please fill in the Google Form. Registration is free, but seats are limited. The mini-conference is registered for 1 CPD point with PLATO. 
 
Conference date: Friday, 6 November 2015
Venue: Geography Building 1-2, Hatfield Campus, University of Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa 
Registration deadline: 28 October 2015
