CPD Congress 26-29 August 2021 - Digital Evaluation

Dear colleagues,

We are only two weeks away from our 2021 CPD conference in Benoni and hope to meet all of you there. Please note the following:

- for registration 26 August 2021 please be there at 07h00.

- we had to make some changes in the program to accommodate new speakers and topics, see the attached new program.

- we will use paperless attendance registers and evaluation forms, please bring your laptop or smartphone

Here is the link for the Lecturer Evaluation Form. This link you will send to all the delegates who will be attending the conference to rate the lecturer as they attend a session.

- Kopanong has made extra space available to observe all Covid-19 regulations. We expect that you have been immunized for Covid-19 or bring a negative PCR test. Please bring proof when you come.

- there will be books for sale e.g Family Medicine books and some other relevant books Cash only please
