Dr. Miles Penfold joined the department and enrolled for a residency (MMedVet) in Small Animal Surgery in 2018.
Dr. Penfold’s specific interests include implant biomechanics, brachycephalic obstructive airway syndrome and neurosurgery. Dr. Penfold is currently compiling a histological atlas of the female reproductive tract of the African cheetah (Acinonyx jubatus), as part of his MSc studies, to act as a reference tool for pathologists and other researchers.
