Bravo for first JCP-group that completed their 40 hours of field work

Posted on March 25, 2010

Four Engineering students, Gert van Helsdingen, Liesel Coetzee, Gerald Johannes and Roland Johannes, worked the past two weekends at Laerskool Jopie Fourie Primary School (Salvakop). The principal of the school already requested in 2009 that students from the JCP-module may assist with the repainting of the roof of the school. All undergraduate students of the Faculty Engineering, the Built Environment and Information Technology have to work at least 40 hours in the community, thereafter reflect on their experiences.
