Two engineering students, Kobie Fick and Joe Kruger, decided to assist learners at CR Swart High School in Pretoria, with Maths, for their fieldwork for the Community-Based Project module (JCP) of the Faculty Engineering, Built Environment and Information Technology. They reported: “We are pleased to say that we enjoyed every single moment of our time at CR Swart. This was a great experience for us and we learned a lot about teaching as well as how to remain patient with learners.” Please read their blog report for more info on their project.
