Our Research Centre is a group of clinicians, academics and researchers who form a multidisciplinary team from the fields of obstetrics, paediatrics, nutrition, immunology and physiotherapy.
Today Marna Nel, a physiotherapist, presented at the World Physiotherapy Conference in Dubai on an infant study carried out at our Research Centre. The neurodevelopmental progress of infants below 3 months of age is not well described globally and her research highlighted 6 weeks as an important milestone for neurodevelopmental change in healthy term-born infants.
