Mrs Nasiphi Fadana

Mrs. Nasiphi Fadana is a pioneer Clinical Associate graduate from Walter Sisulu University in the Eastern Cape. She graduated in 2010 and served the sub-district hospital in deep rural settlements of the Eastern Cape. Her current appointment is at the University of Pretoria in the Family Medicine department. Mrs. Fadana shows specific interest in improving health services through Community-Oriented Primary Care and supporting the Ward Base Outreach Team (WBOT). Besides, her professional interest within research about the persistence of HIV in children and adults- infectious disease. This motivated her to complete the post-graduate diploma in HIV/AIDS management with the University of Stellenbosch. She continues her work with immense dedication, creating an impact amongst the Clinical Associate workforce in South Africa. Her current postgraduate study focus is on the field of epidemiology and Biostatistics with the University of Pretoria. Future endeavours include co-publishing and increasing participation in research projects.
