The journey of Step It UP has been filled with many ups and downs… and by that I mean squats. Lots of squats. We have spent countless hours putting our blood, sweat and tears into making this performance a contender for the win. Bianka Botes and Adrienne Dansie, the external committee heads of Vividus Ladies and Zinnia respectively, decided to bring the two groups together in order to compete effectively. The song list consists of songs from multiple cultures, including Afrikaans and Xhosa, as well as songs addressing many different themes.  Our group now consists of approximately 60 girls dancing to the theme… well you’ll find out on the night.  Working with Zinnia has been a very sweet journey. The girls easily got along forming good friendships in the process. Together we were able to move from being individuals to a group of perfectly in sync girls.
