On the 26^th of January 2019, the University of Pretoria had their annual Welcoming day on LC de Villiers and the different day house structures had the opportunity to market themselves. We, Vividus Ladies, were situated at the NG Universiteitoord and we were given the opportunity to meet and introduce ourselves to you beautiful Nitas.

We were anticipating our first interaction with you (Nitas) and when it finally happened, we were more than excited and the experience exceeded our expectations. Your friendly attitude and the positive way in which you looked at our House, made us feel as though we had found our new sisters: The sisters we can count on and the sisters who are as excited as we are to build new relationships.

The first activities on our welcoming program started with a parents meeting followed by a Nita information session and we ended of the day with a Day House social on the Groenkloof Campus.

In the parents meeting as well as the information session, we introduced our executive committee and explained what we as a Day House have to offer; we then departed for the social and due to unexpected weather changes we were forced to leave earlier than expected.

Despite the unexpected weather changes, we can proudly say that Welcoming Day was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
