The University of Pretoria is hosting an exhibition Soil[ed] in collaboration with Michealis school of Fine art and the UP division in Fine Arts.  The exhibition by Masters students of both schools are showcasing practical work forming part of their Masters in Fine Arts degree.  This year's event also formed part of a Masters workshop, where Nelmarie Du Preez, winner of Sasol New Signature of 2015 and Merit Award winner of ABSA L’Atelier 2015 were one of the  presenters at the event.  The UCT and UP Fine arts exhibition exchange started out in 2014. Last year the exchange was hosted by the University of Cape Town’s Michaelis school of Fine Art at the Michealis Galleries, where the students of UP went there to exhibit their Masters work.

The exhibition is open until the 4th of August at the Anton van Wouw house from 9:00 until 16:00.
