A Day in the Life of the University of Pretoria. 14 April 1967

On this "Day in the life of the University of Pretoria" the student newspaper, Die Perdeby, reported on four parachute jumpers from Tukkies.

A. Anderson, W. Cronje, W. van Heerden and W. Niewenhuis, new members of  the Pretoria Parachute Club, jumped from 2 000 feet and landed gracefully at Wonderboom Airport. These four students were the first students that joined and received training at the Pretoria Parachute Club. The jumpers describe their first jump as amazing.
