On this "Day in the life of the University of Pretoria" members of the SRC (Student Representative Council) were exposed for being unconstitutionally voted for.

The paper reported that at a student parliamentary meeting the members of the Parliament realized that both the Speaker and Deputy Speaker’s positions were unconstitutionally voted for. Chaos broke out in the Student Parliament and the students were brought before the Constitutional Tribunal. While the student Speaker claimed that he was unaware of the irregularity many claimed that he was aware of the illegal process. Students also accused the Speaker of being a bad leader. The case was brought before a student tribunal and the tribunal proposed that a new candidate be elected.
