A Day in the Life of the University of Pretoria. 12 September 2011

On this "Day in the life of the University of Pretoria" students protested the cancellation of Spring Day.

The student newspaper, Perdeby (today known as the PDBY ) reported on an uprising and march to the Administrative Building (the Ship) after the University announced the cancellation of the Spring Day celebrations because of difficulties obtaining a liquor license for the event. “Sink the ship!” was the chant used by Tuks students.
