On this "Day in the life of the University of Pretoria" a RadioTuks disc jockey was fired.

The RadioTuks station director explained that the disc jockey was fired this week following listeners’ complaints about blasphemy. The disc jockey had said a mock prayer and wished misfortune on other Radio Stations. When listeners complained on air to the Tuks DJ, he had insulted them. He also held a three hour talk on the show on penis size without the pre-approval of RadioTuks management. The DJ was dismissed after a disciplinary hearing.
