On this "Day in the life of the University of Pretoria" UP’s cricket team played against Freestate (CUT) on the Tuks Cricket Oval. Tuks won the game with 108 runs

This was the second game in the national club championship.Tukkie’s student newspaper, the Perdeby, reported on the growth and professionalism of UP’s cricket team in the 2011 series. Tukkie captain, Maurice Aronstam, was named man of the match. He managed 108 runs from 138 balls and took six wickets during game.

The UPA preserves the history of the University of Pretoria.
