A day in the life at the University of Pretoria. 18 March 1983

On this "Day in the life of the University of Pretoria" the student newspaper, Die Perdeby reported on the design of the climbing wall on the sport campus.

The article, featured above, explained that members of the student adventure club Exploratio, Jaz Schoones and Derie van Eden designed the surface of the rock climbing. The design was suited for both beginner and more accomplished climbers. The construction amounted to R10 000.
