On this "Day in the life of the University of Pretoria" the student newspaper the Perdeby reported on the new building projects that was planned for the university.

The Perdeby (article featured above) reported that the university planned to built a new building for humanities, extend the building sciences building and enlarge the dentistry building and expand the Onderstepoort campus. The Perdeby also reported that the new agricultural building is also almost completed
