16 November 1968: UP’s angling club goes on tour. On this “Day in the life of the University of Pretoria” student fishing enthusiasts went on tour.

As explained in the article above, 1968 was a successful year for the Tukkie fishermen. With 2 students winning big prizes at the inter house completion. And with a fish weighing in at 35lb. A doctor and minster accompanied the tour group to Kariba.
