Celebrating Tourism Day

The tourism students embraced biodiversity in a creative way by cooking six different ‘potjies’, each potjie representing a province in South Africa. As a result, some wonderful and delectable flavors were presented to the judges who had the honour of tasting these mouth watering potjies. Students also participated in fun activities and games organized by the Tuks Tourism Students Association. Winners of the potjiekos competition will be announced at the Tourism Dinner on the 30th of October.
