For modules experiencing lower pass rates, the HIMs project pinpoints critical areas that require support and access to available resources. In partnership with the Department for Education Innovation, module reviews are conducted with a team- and data-based approach through its data analytics team, instructional designers, educational consultants, and tutoring support.

At the University, mechanisms like the Student Feedback on Teaching Survey (SFTS) and other real-time feedback tools have been implemented to gather student input systematically and use it for educational improvement.
