Ms Ndyulo completed a BA, LLB and LLM (cum laude) at Rhodes University.
Ms Ndyulo's LLM was based in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Law. Her thesis was titled "Protecting the Right to Identity Against Catfishing". During her time at Rhodes University, she interned at the Rhodes Law Clinic, and particpated in community enagement activities. In January 2022, she began working as a legal analyst at Herbert Smith Freehills (LLP), a position that she left to pursue full-time study.
Ms Ndyulo is currently pursuing an LLD under the supervision of Professor Dire Tladi on scholarship with the NRF SARChI Chair. Her research topic focuses on the regulation of social media platforms under international law. Her main research interests are ICT law, digital rights and international law.
Ms Ndyulo currently sits on the editorial board of the Pretoria Student Law Review (PSLR) as the editor-in-chief.
