Prof Janette Bester:

Prof Janette Bester has been appointed as an Associate Editor for the section of Red Blood Cell Physiology at Frontiers in Physiology. This section is dedicated to advancing our understanding of red blood cells, taking into consideration the latest complex approaches and technological developments that enable us to delve deep into their structure and function.

In her role as Associate Editor, Prof Bester will play a crucial role in the peer-review process. Dr Michelle Visagie:
