Prof Rodrigo Peroni from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul visited the Department of Mining Engineering of the University of Pretoria on 14 February 2019. Prof Rodrigo Peroni visited the Mining Department’s Virtual Reality Centre that can provide great potential for his focus area in mine planning as he is also interested in drones and virtual reality.
