All the students and staff members were formally welcomed into the 2018 academic year. The past success and the future plans of the department were highlighted to everyone.
Amongst the attendees was the President of MASUP, Mr Ben Bouwer who gracefully handed the department a cheque, as part of the MASUP donations to support needy students. The department of Mining Engineering is grateful for the continuous support from Masup; and it wishes every staff member and students a successful 2018.
