TUKSELA

The TUKS Engineering Leadership Academy (TUKSELA) targets the development of interpersonal and intrapersonal skills which forms the basis of leadership. The first programme was successfully implemented by the Department of Mining Engineering in 2013 and is now available to all engineering students.
