Catherine Senyolo from Nova has been training early childhood development practitioners on effective ways to support parents in communicating with their children. The workshop, organized by the Business Hub at the Mamelodi campus, aimed to equip practitioners with practical strategies and tools to enhance parent-child interactions. Throughout the sessions, participants engaged in hands-on activities and discussions that highlighted the importance of communication in early childhood development. Catherine emphasised various techniques that practitioners can share with parents to foster healthy dialogue, active listening, and emotional connection.
