Please follow ALL the instructions below for the use of the LMM facility

Get registered on the LMM User database 

Submit a New user Registration form 

Book a FREE  training session (Optional)

Make your booking on the online booking spreadsheet

Submit all forms and queries to [email protected] prior to the booked session

Please note that all microscopy bookings at LMM are done via an online booking spreadsheet. No walk-ins are allowed. Should you find yourself unable to edit the spreadsheet, please send a request to [email protected] and an LLM staff member will be able to assist you. Please take note of the following

University of Pretoria Users: Users are required to submit a New user Registration form at the beginning of the project.  This form is to be updated

 i) When the project is completed and a new project commences

 ii) Users transition to the next study  level, for example, honors to Masters

 iii) Changing of Project leader or over a cycle of 2 years. 

Other Universities users: Users are required to submit a New user registration form at the beginning of the project. A quotation will be generated based on the number of samples to be analyzed. The user is then required to submit a purchase order from their institution.

Industry/ Private users: Users are required to submit a New user registration form for our administration. A quote will be generated based on the number of samples and analysis requirements. 

NB! Non-University of Pretoria users is to ensure that the Purchase order is submitted prior to the booking date.
