ICLA post-doctoral fellow Dr Michaela Hailbronner, has won the inaugural I•CON Best Paper Prize for her paper, “Rethinking the rise of the German Constitutional Court: From anti-Nazism to value formalism.”
The paper was published last year in the International Journal of Constitutional Law (ICON) and is now freely available at http://icon.oxfordjournals.org/content/12/3/626.full.
Congratulations to Dr Hailbronner on being awarded this prestigious prize.
