Audrey, a member of the Agape Athletics Club, decided to enter for the Comrades towards the end of 2012.  In her build-up to her first ever Comrades, she tackled three ultra-marathons during the first few months of 2013 - Om Die Dam, Loskop and Two Oceans.
  

As a proud Mother of a 13-year old daughter and an 11-year old son, Audrey says that her participation in the race forms part of her 40^th birthday celebrations later this year.

The 2013 Comrades Marathon was an “up-run" of 86.96 km, starting at the City Hall in Durban and finishing at The Cricket Oval in Pietermaritzburg.

The Faculty is very proud of Audrey's achievement.
