In celebration of the South African Human Rights Day, annually observed on March 21st, the Embassy of Colombia in South Africa in collaboration with the UP Faculty of Law, will host a group of panelists from Colombia, South Africa, Botswana and Seychelles to present and discuss government’s initiatives directed to created conditions for closing inequalities and injustices gaps, under the moderation of the Center for the Study of Resilience at the University of Pretoria.
Economic growth to secure dignifying lives and community progress is a high priority in our developing countries. However, deep inequalities impacting most of people’s lives, prevent governments and societies to reach this aspiration, central to the Sustainable Development Goals and Agenda 2030 and the African Agenda 2063.
