The Child Law Moot Court Competition aims to raise awareness of children’s rights, promote public interest law among undergraduate students, and to expose students to child law issues. The competition challenges teams to submit written legal arguments for the two opposing sides in a hypothetical case. You will have the opportunity to advance your written arguments verbally before a bench of judges, and finalists will have the opportunity to orate their arguments before a full bench of judges at the University of Pretoria’s Law Faculty Moot Court Chambers.
