2. Successful completion of the research methodology module;
3. Submission and successful completion of a research proposal and mini-dissertation within the prescribed period.

LLM/MPhil programme through research requires the following:

1. Successful completion of the prescribed research methodology module;
2. Followed by an approved research proposal;
3. Such dissertation is compiled under a faculty supervisor; and
4. Upon submission of the final dissertation, the relevant dissertation is assessed by an examination panel.
