The functionality of the units in the Department of Enrolment and Student Administration located in the various faculties, is managed on a coordinated basis with the Deans, ensuring innate quality measures.

Operational service delivery to students in the Student Service Centre depends on effective data management and electronic systems, of which the Department has ownership.

The internal postal service is also included in this Department's activities.
