This follows the decision taken at the AGM on 14 October 2010 to continue the AGM (especially with regard to the adoption of a new constitution for the association) at a later date. 

Contributions for the proposed new constitution  

Members of the TuksAlumni Association are hereby invited to send their comments regarding the proposed new constitution by e-mail ([email protected]) to the Alumni Office (secretariat) before or on 16 November 2010 at 12:00. Kindly be very specific with your suggestions and please adhere to the numbering used in the proposed constitution.  

After all suggestions have been received the committee will discuss and incorporate these into a final version of the constitution which will be tabled at the meeting on 25 November 2010 for consideration. Both the Afrikaans and English versions of the proposed constitution are now available on the TuksAlumni website at www.up.ac.za/alumni.
