Decentralisation of the property tax to the local government level in Indonesia

This seminar, organised by GIZ, was attended by approximately 80 officials from the Ministry of Finance who are likely to be involved in the decentralisation of the property tax to the local government level in Indonesia. In his first paper he focused on the Introduction of Provincial and Local Taxes in South Africa and in the second paper (which he co-presented with Dr William McCluskey of the University of Ulster, Northern Ireland) the focus was an International Overview of the Implementation and Management of a Decentralised Property Tax.
