Jeanne is employed at South Africa’s National Treasury. The topic of her mini-dissertation, which she completed with Prof Riël Franzsen as supervisor, was “Consistency as a desirable and achievable objective in the proposed rewrite of the Income Tax Act, 1962 (Act 58 of 1962)”.
The ATI also wishes to congratulate two colleagues from the Department of Economics. Roula Inglesi-Lotz obtained a PhD (Economics) degree and Reyno Seymore obtained a DCom (Economics) degree.
