PART-TIME POSTS (Subject to the availability of funds)

WHO CAN APPLY?
Students in Mathematics, Engineering,  Applied Mathematics and Actuarial and Financial Mathematics who will be third/fourth year or postgraduate students in 2015.

DUTIES FOR TEACHING ASSISTANTS:
General support for lecturers with regard to grading; possibly the presenting of tutorial (practical) classes; performing administrative duties related to the module; etc. (30 weeks per year).

DUTIES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE HELP:
Students who are not successful in being appointed in a teaching assistant post will be given the option to accept a position for administrative work only.   (30 weeks per year).

REMUNERATION:
The remuneration is based on the number of study years, which have been completed successfully.

HOW TO APPLY:
Complete the application form and hand in at office 2-29, 2-22 or 1-24 of the Mathematics Building, not later than Friday 24 October 2014.
