NOTE: CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS: END OF AUGUST

1. Pre-application process:

Required Information form: Please read this document carefully, and then complete and attach all the necessary documentation/information before submitting it. Incomplete forms will not be processed.

Note:

The Required Information form is not the official UP Application form
The Required Information form has two worksheets

1.1	Completion of the Required Information form (include all required documentation and complete all sections)	Applicant. (*Closing date: End of August*).
1.2	Submission of the Required Information form to Rina Serfontein	Applicant
1.3	Selection process: interview with applicant	Postgraduate Committee
1.4	Acceptance by DVTD and further communication with student regarding additional documentation required	Rina Serfontein

Note: Only students who have been accepted by the DVTD will be notified and will be required to follow the formal UP application process.

2. Formal UP application process:
