On this "Day in the life of the University of Pretoria" Telkom hosted an exhibit in the Rautenbach hall.

This exhibit celebrated the founding of the South African post office and telecommunication in South Africa. One of the exhibits included a micro wave sender.

The UPA preserves the history of the University of Pretoria.
