• Examine, diagnose, give treatment or the doctor can give a prescription for medicine which you can buy at any pharmacy
• Attend to student emergencies
• Refer to a specialist, relevant clinic, hospital or laboratory when necessary
• Give information, advice or counselling on medical matters
• Undertake immunisation programmes
• Advice on lifestyle and health matters
• Offer support for sexual health and family planning, including condoms
• Help to understand and manage chronic illnesses, including students living with or affected by HIV
• Offer FREE eye testing
• Offer FREE dietary consultations
• Refer to CrossRoads pregnancy counselling services in the Roosmaryn building (opposite the Student Health Building)
