“Science is fun” is Sci-Enza’s school holiday programme that caters to learners from Grade R - Grade 9. Every school holidays Sci-Enza runs a science themed programme which creates a platform for kids to explore and discover the wonderes of science through a variety of activities. With a limited number of spaces available it is essential to purchase your tickets quickly. Tickets are sold online strictly - no bookings allowed.

Holiday program (Grade R- 6): 06 - 10 October 2025
We are excited to announce an exciting opportunity for young STEM enthusiasts during the upcoming school holiday program hosted by Sci-Enza.
This is one of the highly anticipated successful holiday programs in 2025. The program would enhance the participants' knowledge about the significance of materials surrounding us, from micro to macroscopic levels. The program would also emphasize the impact that these materials have on our everyday lives.

Time: 9 am to 1 pm
Date : 6 – 8 October 2025 ( Grade R – 3)
9 – 10 October 2025 9 (Grade 4 – 6)
Venue: Sci-Enza Science Centre, University of Pretoria
- Note: Drop off time: from 8 am
- Pick up time: 1 pm
- The program will be led by staff members from SciEnza. Parents are not allowed to join the program
- The program is exclusively for learners in grades R to 6
- Learners are required to bring their own lunch
