SAIMS is a non-profit institution therefore it depends on generous contributions of the supportive business community. Without this support the annual conferences will not be possible. Businesses in South Africa across various industries and various sizes, remain key SAIMS’ stakeholders. Participating businesses view their contribution as an investment in the promotion of management research and education, thus creating benefits for future generations. Sponsors are businesses that support management education and research, yet being aware of the crucial importance for the growth and development of African businesses.  It goes without saying that we would like to continue with this tradition and therefore sponsorship contributions are offered in several district categories.

1. Gold Sponsorship – R 55 000

•  Your company’s logo will be prominently displayed on the conference website and the front cover of the programme (either digital or printed)
• Noted as a Gala Dinner sponsor
• The opportunity to make a presentation during the formal conference programme
• 2 complimentary conference registrations, including the gala dinner
• Company banner display in the conference area (supplied by sponsor)
• Full page advertisement inside the conference programme (supplied by sponsor)
• Distribution of promotional material in each delegate’s conference bag (supplied by the sponsor)
• 1 exhibition stand measuring 3m x 2m (one table and two chairs will be provided)

2. Silver Sponsorship – R35 000

• Your company’s logo will be prominently displayed on the conference website and the front cover of the programme (either digital or printed)
• Noted as a lunch sponsor
• 2 complimentary conference registration
• Company banner display in the conference area (supplied by sponsor)
• Half page advertisement inside the conference programme (supplied by sponsor)
• Distribution of promotional material in each delegate’s conference bag (supplied by the sponsor)
• 1 exhibition stand measuring 3m x 2m (one table and two chairs will be provided)

3. Bronze Sponsorship – R20 000

• Your company’s logo will be prominently displayed on the conference website and the front cover of the programme (either digital or printed)
• Noted as a tea sponsor
• 1 complimentary conference registration
• Company banner display in the conference area (supplied by sponsor)
• Quarter page advertisement inside the conference programme (supplied by sponsor)

4. Exhibition stand only – R 8000 to R10 000

• 1 exhibition stand 3m x 2m ( one table and two chairs will be provided)

• Please note: reduced exhibition space for publishers are available

5. Conference Bag Sponsor – R15 000

Either client supplies or CMC arranges and the company logo is included on the bag
