Oral and Maxiilofacial Pathology is a speciality of Dentistry which requires an additional 5 years of postgraduate training.  The specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Pathologist is an integral member of the oral health care team and is principally involved in the histopathological recognition and diagnosis of pathological conditions of the head and neck area.  The Department also offers postgraduate MSc courses in Oral Biology, Forensic Odontology and Radiology.
