Breaking Bread Fundraiser

Description:
The first official fundraiser of the year, hosted in collaboration with the Department of Consumer and Food Sciences.
Fourth-year Culinary students partnered with NATHouse to create a delicious interdepartmental event that was open to the public.
Guests enjoyed fresh bakes including dombolo, focaccia, and mosbolletjies, paired with wine. Afterwards, everyone gathered at Eat@UP to enjoy the bakes with homemade spreads, dips, pestos, flavoured butters, and sautéed mushrooms.
The fundraiser was a perfect blend of baking, community spirit, and good company, raising funds to support future NATHouse initiatives.
