During the lockdown IT Services will still be accessible to Staff through the following communication channels:
Please note that disruptions and constraints to the service may occur
- All IT support will be provided via TeamViewer and telephone; this requires internet connectivity.
- Should your call be disconnected, please send an email detailing the issue you are experiencing.
- On-campus support for staff will be offered on an appointment basis only.
- Supply (provisioning) and installation of new computing equipment for staff will be done only on the respective UP campuses.
- Computing equipment failure can be repaired on an appointment basis only on the respective UP campuses.
- Office365 is available for all staff for use on personally-owned devices; please find the “how-to” guide below.
- The zero-rated UP Connect portal also applies to cover all UP applications used by staff.
