Staff Computing services

During the lockdown IT Services will still be accessible to Staff through the following communication channels:

Please note that disruptions and constraints to the service may occur

  • All IT support will be provided via TeamViewer and telephone; this requires internet connectivity.
  • Should your call be disconnected, please send an email detailing the issue you are experiencing.
  • On-campus support for staff will be offered on an appointment basis only.
  • Supply (provisioning) and installation of new computing equipment for staff will be done only on the respective UP campuses.
  • Computing equipment failure can be repaired on an appointment basis only on the respective UP campuses.
  • Office365 is available for all staff for use on personally-owned devices; please find the “how-to” guide below.
  • The zero-rated UP Connect portal also applies to cover all UP applications used by staff.
