The annual Pulse Talent Show, held at the Musaion, was an unforgettable event that showcased the incredible talents of students from the Faculty of Health Sciences. Professor Tiaan de Jager, Dean of the Faculty, opened the evening with inspiring words: “Our talented performers will inspire you to uncover your own hidden talents. Each applause, cheer, and laugh reflects the incredible community we proudly belong to.”

The event featured a diverse lineup, including dancing, singing, poetry, drama, Diabolo and musical performances. The crowd’s energy was palpable, encouraging  the performers to give their all on stage! The MCs, Bernard Lubbe and Runada Ntantala, captivated the audience with their spontaneity and confidence. The judges for the evening, Nicole van der Walt, Mpumelelo Manyathi, Abigail Moller, and former Pulse Talent Show winner Fez Luthuli, had the challenging task of selecting the winners.

Participants and audience members also had the opportunity to donate non-perishable food items for students in need. Overall, it was an incredible evening with great food, impressive talent and community engagement.
