The focus of the Student Development Unit is leadership development. An exciting highlight on their calendar is the yearly faculty houses camp! The Health House EC had the opportunity to compete against the other faculty houses and participate in team building activities, helping them to grow stronger as a unit. They strategized and planned for their upcoming term. The activities included flag painting, obstacle courses and organizing a fashion show for the facilitators. (The team jokingly agreed that it felt like a boot camp at times, but that it ensured personal and professional growth for each member.) What an amazing experience and start to the 2023/2024 EC term!
