First quarter achievements and second quarter events

 Welcome back to the second quarter of trampoline training for 2013. Please remember that training will commence at Groenkloof Campus on Monday, 8 April.

 A quick recap of the Tuks Trampoline results for the first quarter: Tuks trampolinists performed exceptionally well at the Top Ten National Competition and national trials, held in March.

Trampoline Junior Girls:

Silver – Sabrina Kuipers

 At the TEN Club Competition held at Gezina in March, Tuks trampoline competitors managed to win a total of 42 medals: 19 gold, 19 silver and four bronze.

 We congratulate all our competitors and coaches on a job well done. Tuks proved to have the highest standard of the day at all three of the events. Congratulations on an excellent performance and a great start to the year. Keep it up!

30 April – 4 May: Jannie Jansen International Competition and World Championship Trail

30 May – 1 June: Tuks Inter Club Competition, Rembrandt Hall, Tuks

8 June: No Limits Trampoline Competition, Kibler Park, Central Gauteng

14–15 June: TEN Club Competition, Frederika Sport Stadion, Gezina       

21–22 June: Regional Provincial Championships

End of second quarter/July winter holidays
Groenkloof Campus (8–30 April)

Trampoline training will take place at the Groenkloof Campus from 8–30 April. This is due to the Rembrandt Hall being used by the University for graduation ceremonies as the usual venue is undergoing maintenance.
